“Ms. Rab’ah AL Aqrabawi is the Director of the Board, Co- Founder and the General Manager of Sparrow Jordan L.L.C, Ms. Rab’ah graduated with a bachelor degree in Double Major of Modern Languages – Grammar and Literature- Spanish & English/ University of Jordan – 2004.
She is granted with certificate of completion in Business Ethics code from Injaz 2004.
Ms. Rab’ah specializes in Managing programs and strategic plan of the company, reviewing and signing contracts, overseeing decision making process related to indoor & field events for different Civilian and Military exercises and trainings using progressive methods and approaches.
With fourteen years of experience working as an Arabic- English-Spanish Interpreter (rated as 4+) and business- events organizer, alongside the administrative team of the company that was established with her partners in 2009.
She is a tri-lingual linguist, awarded with many certificates of completion and achievement as a recognition of her participation in many planning programs, such as first responders’ awareness courses, EOD trainings on CWMD CPXs, FTXs and TTXs, CBRNE trainings and many more.
Ms. Rab’ah is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Rab’ah is a proud wife and a mother of two boys, inspired daily by her family.

With a legal background and strong management skills, Kawther was one of the core team members of Sparrow Jordan since day one, working on developing the company to be one of the strongest vendors in the region.
Trained in the fields of Customer Relation Management, she was able to widen the client base of the company and develop the approach of Service provision.
Kawther is also a 4+ rated Senior Interpreter, Translator and Editor for English <> Arabic languages.
Kawther Co-manages the Military projects for multiple government and non- government agencies. She is a specialized interpreter and translator in the Military and CBRNe and EOD subjects since 2012 and in all civilian subjects since 2008.
Completed and licensed in Live Agent Training Interpretation in 2015. She provides oversight on the civilian projects and events with several international NGOs and agencies.
Kawther is multi-lingual and holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Jordan university and certificates in CRM, Event Management, Market Economics and a Diploma of Interpretation.

Dr. Rami holds a PHD in Marketing from the University of Granada, Spain. he builds the marketing strategies for a better access to new markets and a steady grow with maintaining the strong structure of the company across all departments and services.
Dr. Rami is a Business and Marketing Analyst and a Consultant who provides oversight on annual plans and market analysis.
Senior Director of Logistics, Air Force retired. 27 years of experience as a Senior Logistician and Exercise Planner, Christopher’s experience across the whole region plays a big role in our service planning and provision. He holds a PMP, Logistics Management Bachelor Degree and worked formerly as a Senior Logistician at AFCENT and ARCENT. Christopher leads and advises on all logistics support for both civilian and military services.
Qusai is passionate senior accountant at Sparrow. Holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from the Hashemite University.
His dedication and adherence to Sparrow’s finance system, made our company today the best accounting system in Jordan with contractors and clients in terms of accuracy and timeliness.
Mahmoud is one of the first employees of Sparrow Jordan. He started as an officer and gradually grew his skills set to become the head of PR department.
His relentless efforts to maintain a great bridge between the company’s clients and contractors made him a very valuable team member.
Said is multilingual professional managing all of the operations implementation on the ground inside and outside of Jordan.
With the variety of the languages that he speaks (Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and Fair English) and background in Information Technology, Said supervises the training programs in the region and wherever Sparrow Jordan is implementing its different programs.
His experience in managing Sparrow Jordan Trainings and conferences internationally, made him an essential member to the team.
Ahmad is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hospitality, corporate relations, and event management. Having managed key corporate accounts and led successful events across major hotels in Jordan, he brings a client-focused and results-driven approach to Sparrow Jordan.
His ability to build lasting relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service supports Sparrow’s mission to provide seamless and impactful event experiences.
